I had a great stay at this hotel in Hanoi. the location was superb - it was situated in a quieter part of the city, away from the hustle and bustle, but still close to attractions like the church. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Finally, the rooms with balconies were a huge plus, offering a lovely view and a nice place to relax. this hotel offers great value for money and attention to detail.

Staff offers friendly service. the breakfast offers minimal options and could be improved. Cleanliness could also be better. Be aware of potential noise from the back alley.

Spent my New Year's Eve at this cozy hotel and had an amazing time! The staff was really friendly and helpful, arranging all our airport transfers and giving us useful tips to explore the city. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the modern bathroom with a separate shower cubicle. Plus, the location couldn't be better - a quieter area with lots of character and a great craft beer pub just across the street!

To be fair, some minor things could've been improved. The towels were not of great quality, and the daily cleaning could've been a bit more thorough.
